TerraRad Tech AG is a Swiss tech startup developing ground-based microwave radiometers for precision turf management and agriculture.

As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for an Operations & Finance Analyst (Working Student) to help build and improve the operational processes that keep our company running.

From your first week, you'll take ownership of real financial and operational responsibilities - from bookkeeping and payment workflows to financial models that directly support management decisions.

What you'll work on

• Financial operations and bookkeeping support
• Payment workflows and invoice management
• Procurement and vendor onboarding
• Financial modelling and cash flow planning
• Year-end closing support
• Process improvement and operational projects

What we're looking for

• Master's student (or strong Bachelor's student) in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related analytical discipline
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Available for a long-term commitment (minimum one year)
